Overview

Harvest Night raises money through:
  • Sponsorship gifts of $10,000, $5,000, $2,500, $1,000 or more
  • Auctions filled with items donated by businesses and individuals
  • Reservations of $100 per person

In appreciation of their support, all donors and sponsors are:

  • Listed in the program mailed to Harvest Night guests
  • Listed on Display boards given to Sponsors
  • Listed in media recognition
  • Listed on Bulletin Board located in the Knapp Medical Center Lobby
  • Donors may provide business cards or brochures to be placed by their item at Harvest Night for guest to pickup
  • Listed on this website
  • Listed in the monthly President's Report emailed to Board Directors, Medical Staff and community leaders

In addition, sponsors are:

  • Listed on Sponsor Display at Harvest Night
  • Presented a personal display board
  • Invited to a preview party to take publicity photos
  • $10,000 Sponsors receive 16 tickets
  • $5,000 Sponsors receive 12 tickets
  • $2,500 Sponsors receive 8 tickets
  • $1,000 Sponsors receive 4 tickets
  • Gift Sponsors (giving an item or items worth $1,000 or more) receive 2 tickets
  • Invited to participate in a Fit N Fun Health Fair

Gifts of money or items to Harvest Night are tax deductible for those who itemize deductions on their income tax.
